I agree to be consistently aware that others may place me in a position of power, which may influence our work together. I will hold awareness and inhibit myself from inappropriately using my position of power or projected position of power to manipulate any individual’s natural being.
As a yoga teacher and psychedelic mentor, it is my purpose to support the growth of others with explicit permission. This can provide practitioners the opportunity to explore what they already know and a chance for deeper exploration.
I agree to avoid any activity or influence that may conflict with the best interest of others for my personal gain or satisfaction.
I agree to not seek to fulfill my needs at the expense of others. This includes asking for favors, financial support, sexual advances or emotional security.
As a steward of the safe and sacred space of yoga, I agree to refrain from romantic or sexual conduct with others at the studio. I will not invite, act on, or respond to any sexual or romantic contact with others. If sexual advances are made by a practitioner or client, the session and continuation of care will cease immediately.
In accordance with HIPAA guidelines, I agree to honor the confidentiality of others and their experiences shared with me, unless the client has given explicit written permission to share information for educational purposes.
I agree to refrain from recommending treatment, diagnosing a condition, or suggesting others disregard a physician’s or therapist’s advice.
I agree to represent my qualifications honestly and provide only the services I am qualified and certified to perform.
